Winter Waning
Dear God,
I’m grateful for this end-of-winter day. There’s still a chill in the air but enough warmth to let me know spring is on its way. I know you’re with us in the winter, a quiet presence sustaining us. I feel it like a warm blanket, surrounding and comforting. But in spring, it’s as if you are singing to us, every day in flowers and bird song and in the air itself.
Thank you.
