With the exception of June 28th (JohnnyO Gratitude Day), the Gems for the next two weeks will be about “energy.”

When I choose the themes, I usually ask my loved ones, “What are you struggling with?” How are you feeling?” This week, overwhelmingly, the answer has been “tired.” Or sometimes, “exhausted.” So I try to choose an opposite, inspirational word. I don’t know if thinking about the secrets of the universe (and other forms of energy) will help us feel less tired, but I hope at least you’ll find the Gems interesting.
