“We’ve walked through the valley all day and are camped tonight.  Like clockwork, we have walked 19 miles a day since Weathertop, so Strider tells us. I don’t know how he knows.  Poor Mr. Frodo is in terrible pain.  I fear he will be lost to us if we don’t find help soon.”
