Marvelously Complex Community
It all starts with YOU.
Community begins with Intention.
The intention to be there for all, regardless of their own intentions.
You can’t expect Consistency, but actually, you can.
You can expect things to be consistently inconsistent.
You can’t expect certainty. But actually, you can.
You can expect that uncertainty is the new certainty.
In seeking strength in numbers, you have to remind yourself,
Brick by brick, day by day, bird by bird, loss by loss,
Take that licking and keep right on ticking, and pretty soon,
The balance of thoughts begins to shift.
The talk of the people becomes inclusive and encouraging,
Building a consensus of anticipation for the next delight to be
Discovered, uncovered, germinated and disseminated.
The “chirping” turns from derisive and devisive to melodius and creative,
These “beats” won’t beat you down, but cause a rise,
The collective rise of cohesion.
Soon Community is on the minds of not just the change seekers,
but the change makers.
It’s important to remember that even strong rivers evolve, ebb and flow.
It is the strength of like-minded resilient people who remind each other that you can
“lean on me, when you are not strong” in the immortal memorable words of Bill Withers,
Which makes communities become strong like the Oak, precious like the Acorn that
defied the odds, creating inexplicable, exponential numbers that people will be talking
about for a long time.
So, let’s give them something to talk about. How about Love?
