I’ll be away until Monday, December 4th. On the 28th of November, we’ll celebrate JohnnyO’s Gratitude Day. Then, on December 28th, we’re planning a very special Gratitude Day for John’s 3rd Recovery Anniversary.

I hope we all take some time to slow down as we prepare for this holiday season, no matter how we celebrate. Meanwhile, I wanted to share this thought that has been thrumming through my heart in recent weeks.

When we remember who we are, we will remember that separation is an illusion. We are one.
