The shocking recent events in Ukraine are big in my heart, as I am sure they are in yours. Yesterday I participated in a two-hour multi-faith prayer circle with people from all over the world. One of the guests, James O’Dea, told a story of a Russian soldier who was captured recently by some townspeople in Ukraine. They took him to the town square and surrounded him. Then one woman left the crowd and handed him some hot soup. Another woman offered him her phone and asked if he wanted to call home. James said that the young man sat down on the ground and began to cry.

It seems to me there is only one person in the entire world who wants this war. I pray he will have a change of heart.
