Full Moon on Water
Between darkness and shadow,
between your heartbeats,
is the realm of reflection.
It is where we can almost
see the infinite
possibilities of now.
It is where everything is
and was and will be
and is not and never was.

A starling flew into this tree.
Black feathers on red berries
against a blue sky.
